How to improve d digestion?

Eat less n eat slowly

Drink water slowly   not 2-3 glass at a time

After lunch walk 100 steps n then sit in vajrasan ,do 8-16-32 breathing count n then lie down on  left turn side for  30 mins for good digestion ,,,..

Once a week do fruit or juice fasting  or do half day fasting to improve digestive system

Start d day wit four glass of water

Easily digestible food will improve digestive system
