2 brahmari pranayam  9 times 

3 Anulom - vilom pranayam 15 min

4 deep breathing  5 to 10 min 

5 bhastrika 3 round of 15 repition

6 sithali pranayam 9 times 

7 sarvendriya sanyam ( closing all d senses wit d help of fingers of both d hands
