Foods for healthy stomach

1 boiled vegetable or veg wit less spice n oil

2 salads

3 whole grain like daliya, oats, Bajra roti ,jawar  Daliya  ,raagi raab etc

4 sugar free fruit juices

5 trifla n amla wenever needed

6 avoiding maida ,sugar made sweet ,deep fry oily item

7 including meditation in a daily routine ,,
